What do I do if I have a problem about my order? Please contact us. Most problems are easily solvable with a telephone call or an exchange of e-mail. We're not a monolithic corporation - we're a family business that really believes in serving the transgender community. If you have a problem, let us know and we'll try to work it out with you.

Data Protection and Confidentiality All customer information is treated in strict confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. FFG does not sell, pass on, submit or otherwise divulge any customer information. We maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and respect your need for privacy and security.

Bulk email Policy From time to time (but in fact very rarely), FFG may e-mail you with special offers or news of new publications. These offers are usually only available to our existing customers and often offer very special deals. Most customers enjoy receiving these e-mails, but if you would prefer to opt out please let us know by sending an e-mail with the title "opt-out".

Security of Credit Card Payments FFG uses the PayPal system operating the strongest encryption system to protect your transactions. These use secure digital signatures to ensure that each party of a transaction is uniquely identifiable. All authorisations including card details are sent fully encrypted. Your PayPal account or credit/debit card statement will show a payment to 'EBOOKS-UK'.

Payment Options All Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Secure payment is by PayPal. Major credit/debit cards are also accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Delta and Visa Electron. You can order from any country using one of the above credit cards. If you want to know the exchange rate for your currency at the time of ordering, go to a currency converter such as http://www.xe.com/ucc/ or for a current table of comparative rates for different currencies see http://www.xe.com. For printed magazines orders, cheques drawn on U.K. banks and British Postal Orders are also acceptable - please send your remittance by post, detailing your order and remembering to include the appropriate shipping cost. Please contact us for postal address and advice on shipping cost to your country. Eurocheques should be in Pounds Sterling (GBP) only.

Delivery Times (only applies to printed magazines shipped by post or airmail): FFG will try to ensure orders are dispatched for speedy delivery wherever possible. Normal delivery times for magazines are as follows: UK - Within 4 working days from cleared funds. (Credit card payments are cleared immediately via our secure server.) EUROPE - 7 working days from cleared funds. REST OF WORLD - 10 to 14 working days from cleared funds. Our clothing items are made to measure. We take great care in making up your garment, so please add from 2 to 4 weeks from placing your order to allow for this. We are happy to notify you by telephone or email, depending on your country of residence, when your garment is ready for despatch, so that you can look out for the carrier. Please let us know if you would like us to do this. Orders sent by Special Delivery in the U.K. should arrive the next day. We are able to track orders sent by Special Delivery and will undertake to contact the carrier on the customer's behalf if an order does not arrive when expected. Please note: A working day is considered Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding local, public and national holidays. Orders are usually delivered within the times stated above but we cannot guarantee these delivery times as we have no control over the carrier.

Delivery Methods All items are sent via ROYAL MAIL, PARCEL FORCE, HERMES or LYNX with charges according to weight of package. U.K.: Second Class Post (up to 750g); First Class Post (over 750g); or HERMES (up to 15kg). Overseas: Airmail Printed Papers rate (for magazines only) or Small Packet rate, whichever is cheaper.

Insurance Special Delivery - items are insured up to £250 Sterling. LYNX - additional insurance up to £500 is an extra £1.25 per item ; up to £750, an extra £1.75.
Guarantees: We update our ordering pages regularly, but FFG cannot guarantee that the magazines(s) ordered are in stock at the time the order reaches us. FFG will notify the customer if a magazine is sold out and will offer a substitute magazine of the same quality or better. Costumes and clothing items are MADE TO ORDER, so please allow up to 28 days for manufacture and delivery. If a clothing order is likely to take longer than 28 days (from receipt of order at our premises), FFG will contact the customer by email, post or telephone, depending on country of residence, and advise on delivery date.
Quality of Goods/Fitness for Purpose: All goods are sold 'As New' unless otherwise stated. FFG make every effort to pack goods in strong secure packaging, but is not responsible for damage caused by very rough handling during transit. More expensive items will be insured or sent by Special Delivery as appropriate.
Returns Procedures: Goods must be returned in the original packaging, suitably secured for transit, or in packaging of a similar quality. Shipping fees for the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in saleable condition.
Refunds: Magazines are not returnable unless the wrong magazine has been depatched. We will replace, refund or offer a credit note (as agreed with the purchaser), any clothing item(s) returned in saleable condition within 14 days after you receive them, provided there is a legitimate reason for the return of the item(s), such as wrong size.
Cancellation of made to measure clothing orders: We do not normally accept cancellation of orders for made to measure garments after payment for the costume has been received and work on the manufacture of the garment has commenced. Any refunds offered in exceptional circumstances may be subject to a cancellation charge, to cover loss of materials, etc.
Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties: The customer is fully responsible for payment of any local taxes or import duties.
Application of VAT: No VAT has been applied. VAT invoices will not be issued.
Applicable Law / Courts of Jurisdiction: Contracts formed and the purchase of products from or between FFG and the purchaser and or user of this site shall be governed in all respects by English and Scottish law and all such users hereby submit to non-exclusive jurisdiction of The English or Scottish courts.
Retention of Title: Title in the goods shall remain with FFG and shall not pass to the customer until the amount due under the invoice for them and all other monies due to FFG by the customer are paid in full, or as FFG otherwise agrees.
Acceptance of terms and conditions: The above terms and conditions will apply to all customer orders unless agreed otherwise in writing by FFG. If the customer orders and pays for goods from FFG, acceptance of these terms is automatically assumed, irrespective of whether the customer has registered acceptance by selecting the agreement option below.
